We believe in Ayurved which is our ancient & divine system of medicine. World Health Organization has rightly justified that Ayurved is outstanding science of healing. Its popularity is increasing globally. Its theory says,“Prevention is better than cure.” Our college is having a fully furnished hospital. The patients are treated with updated classical Ayurved therapies & medicine. We provide such education to younger aspirants to be able to face challenges of 21st centrury.

Highly qualified, experienced and enthusiastic staff is the backbone of all these achievements. Graduates and Post- graduates from this Faculty have achieved top-notch position in various Ayurvedic areas and even in their own practices. It is indeed my proud privilege to introduce the CSMSS Ayurved Mahavidyalaya and Rugnalaya . Established on 15th June1990 the CSMSS Ayurved Mahavidyalaya and Rugnalaya has steadily progressed towards creating an outstanding position for itself. It is a feather in our cap that we are one of those very rare college to have an Under Graduate course with an intake capacity of 100 students, the post graduate (M.D./M.S.) courses in Ten specialties in Ayurveda with total intake of 60 Students per year. This is possible only due to the unconditional support of the management that makes the uphill task of running the institution smoothly seem simple. We strive to impart knowledge of Ayurved to our students with a scientific approach. We insist on the up gradation of the knowledge of our faculty and students alike and are staunch believers in the fact that regular interaction with experts, scholar and peers is the very foundation of a sound academic set-up. This is brought about by the organization of national and international workshops, seminars and conferences by the institution itself. We instigate and wholeheartedly support the participation of our faculty and post graduate scholars in various such events within or outside the institution. Curricular and co- curricular activities are included in the academic calendar so as to promote the overall personality development of the students. This renders them the confidence to accept any challenge in their future life. The Founder Shri. Padmakarrao Haribhau Mulay, is enormous sources of inspiration for us. I am sure that with his blessings this college will carve a niche in Ayurvedic field for itself at the National & Global level.
