On the occasion of world meditation day, today conducted a meditation session at CSMSS Ayurved college campus, All the teaching faculty, Students of CSMSS Ayurved Mahavidyalaya attended the Session at Yoga hall, under the guidance of Director, Dr. Shrikant Deshmukh, and Principal, Dr. Jayashri Deshmukh.The session was full of enthusiasm,and aimed to promote mental well-being, reduce stress, and foster a sense of community among students through meditation and mindfulness practices.
